Speedo removal

Probably one of the easiest jobs of the restoration.

The speedo is held in place by three 6mm bolts and a rubber seal. Undo all the bolts.

































Remove the retaining rim, noting the direction of the bevel when fitted originally.















These are the bolts and washer types used when fitting all speedo units.















You can now pull the speedo from the headset top.
















The speedo is 80km PH and is marked thus:
CEV Made in Italy
MOD. 7036 / 80
1 Giro = 1 Metro
